Training

Ellison-Webb Training are specialists in Food Safety, HACCP, Nutrition and Health & Safety and related training. We are registered with the RSPH and HABC as accredited trainers, and offer a wide range of courses from entry level to advanced.

We can provide Food Safety, Nutrition and HACCP training at Level 2 (all employees), Level 3 (Supervisory) and Level 4 (Management), as well as Health & Safety at Levels 2 and 3. We run a range of open courses at our training centres in Birmingham and Cornwall on a regular basis.  Other key subjects available at Level 3 include Auditing training, and we also offer 'Train the Trainer' courses in our "Virtual Classroom" and through an associate trainer in the Midlands.

We can of course run these and other courses for groups on customers’ own premises. Courses can be tailored to customers’ own business requirements: bespoke courses can be designed in a range of subjects if required, (eg. Listeria, or Legionella, Awareness), and we work with partner trainers specialising in other subjects – do contact us to discuss your particular needs.

We can also provide food safety training for speakers of other languages using interpreters who are themselves trained in food safety - languages include Cantonese, Mandarin, Urdu, Punjabi, Polish and Bengali. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. Please note this training in other languages is available for groups, not individual candidates on open courses.
